Order keeps getting set back

I placed the my order on monday and Email Proof of ID over
I phone tuesday to check it had gone through ok and they had to search for it. Then they confirmed it was ok. Then it check wednesday and Id had got lost again. They said it was going to be posted thursday deliveried friday it now has been set back to friday delivered monday
