I appreciate you are busy at the moment but I emailed and called earlier about cancelling my order that was made this morning and have yet to receive written confirmation that this has been done. Please can you confirm - order no. is 18666699. This is for a gift which you couldn't guarantee would reach me tomorrow therefore I'd like to go out and buy instead but would like confirmation you have cancelled first.
