Totally Unhappy with www.totalpda.co.uk

I have just received a demand for £133 from www.totalpda.co.uk's solicitors to be paid within 7 days or risk going to court, for a TomTom I never received.

This has has been going on now for over a year despite numerous phone calls to the obviously inadequate customer services.

I have never ever had demand letters before and this is starting to cause me a lot of stress. I will never do any sort of business with www.totalpda.co.uk / GPS again despite originally getting good service before on another purchase.

Be warned anyone who reads this.

Just an update. Thanks to Lorraine in accounts, this matter seems to have been dealt with and is now closed. Time will tell.
