contact customer service - no response

Tried to contact customer service and b2b service by email unfortunatley I got no response. Is this the standard quality of service? I wanted to know whether www.totalpda.co.uk sells VAT free within the EU (outside UK) if I have a EU VAT regitstration number? Does anybody knows about it?

Yes we sell Vat free to the EU with a VAT number.

got an email from customer service today and we it sorted out. The order is placed now.
