not toally impressed... fist of all i thought i was on a winner with the price for the Go 720,
got it home set it up and everything went well until i tried to use it with no charger... it only lasted about an hour.
so i phoned them up and got a very helpful Anne-Marie who told me to bring it back and they will exchange it..
got my new(refurbished) tomtom, took it home set it up everything was fine until i docked it with my PC, then it reset it's self. phoned up Anne-Marie again explained what was going on ad she said it must be a bad batch so to bring it back.
got a new one and the exact same thing happened. so back again
This time i had to deal with Laura who wasn't nearly as helpful.
got it home and low and behold same thing again....
so back it comes and this time for a refund!!!
So...
quality of refurbished good 2/10 (looks like new but preforms like a old dog)
customer service 8/10 (if you get the right person)
would i use them again... probably not
