Stret Pilot III - big problem...

Hi all,
First of all, sorry for my English...

A couple of years ago I bought MapSource North America and I had selected
and sucessfully transferred into the Data Card the Florida map (Region 4?).
Last year I have reinstalled MapSource into another PC following step by step the previous installation and updating the latest version ( 6.10.2).

Now I need to transfer California & Nevada but it seems impossible to select and unlock these areas or any other area ! On the right-hand side of the screen I have this message: "Map Details Locked". I always utilize the previous codes and my coupon code.

I have tried to contact the support of Garmin Europe, but they haven't been very helpful: they always ask me to follow the unlock procedure (what I did) but my unlock code seems not working.

Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas ? Could you please help me ?

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem and jsut wondering if you found a way to do it.
