Garmin C510 FROZEN ???????????

Hi there all, my first posting!!

I've got a Garmin C 510 and the screen has frozen out on me. When connected to the USB it's not recognised, on the screen is a picture of a sat nav connected via usb to a pc whats this mean and how can i sort the problem out??

Tried all that i can, but no joy plz help somebody
