Smile Need Some Help

I need help, I bought a Hp 1915 Pocket Pc about 1.5 years ago, and bought with it a replacement plan. I want to exchange for a new pocket now, but they said I need to have a problem with it....So my question is does anybody have a 1915 or a pocket pc, that could help me to break my pocket pc to where it looks like a technical prob...it would be great if someone could help me...thanks

Does it have to be technical or can you not just drop it accidentally down the stairs???

It has to be technical for a replacement plan to work. The problem needs to be something that looks like the common "wear & tear." I've tried pushing random buttons to maybe freeze it, but this sucker is strong....please help me...

I can't really offer much more advice.

Maybe one thing you could do is try and charge it at a higher voltage. This may cause the battery to burn out but I suppose they may claim that this would be your fault????????
