Default viamichelin problem_need help

Hello all,
I got viamichelin X 950T UK- Ireland navigation systems, I try to upgrade cameras and patches last week but got trouble now. Sent emails to customer services few times but still waiting for solution.

I got following problems

1- microsoft activesynce problem. I have Microsoft activsync version 4.5 and when I try to connect device I getting following message.

“Cannot verify the version of Activesync on your device, a program such as firewall may b blocking a port activesync uses to connect to device, or you may need to upgrade to more recent version of activesync on your pc”

I uninstalled and downloaded version 4.2 and then getting only “ Microsoft activesync version is not appropriate with my device”
Now I installed version 3.8(old though) but navigation systems is connected but

2- getting problem with DVD, its runs but after short a while (before activation page comes up) its says “ connect your device”
Its already connected though but don’t know why this messgae comes and how solve it.
I am fedup now because I trying to fix it from last couple of weeks but no success yet.
Any help will b appreciated.

Cheers

Use version 4.5, but follow the firewall instructions on the microsoft site.

Thank you for reply,
Viamichelin customer services told me activesync version 4.5 creating problem so best is if I use 4.2.
But no success after installing version 4.2, and I followed Microsoft website instructions as well, personally I think some files are missing from sd card or like that. Because PND CD is also not installing, getting message “connect your device” when activation page comes up.
