Finding address on Business Parks and Industrial Estates with TomTom 3

I have just purchased ipaq 4150 with tomtom 3 installed. When searching for an address which is located on either a business park or industrial estate, tomtom can't find it, is there anything I’m doing wrong or is there other software I must download so I can locate the addresses.

hmm our address is in a Business Park and it can find the address no problem, can you give me an address and i will have a look for you.

I have same problem often.

I now use UK POSTCODE alongside my TTN3 - just punch in the postcode and tap Navigate to. get it from www.digitools.co.uk

I have HP TomTom Navigator Pack which uses TTN3 + Ipaq rz1710. I have downloaded UK Postcode from www.digitools.co.uk but cannot get it to work.
I can get the Postcode screen to open and enter a postcode but when I press "navigate to" or "show on map" TomTom opens but nothing else happens. I have followed instructions for installing the application but I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help. Pleas keep explaination simple.
