Refund Problems

According to their guarantee (see homepage) Total GPS claim they have a price match guarantee. I recently wanted to buy a Navman GPS, and was sold a cradle and SD card to accompany. However, since I have found the SD card at approx 1/3rd the price on eBuyer, I have struggled to obtain the refund (via my credit card) from them. Anyone having similar problems? Surely this is contrary to all fair trading laws?

If you find a lower price on an identical product within fourteen days of your invoice date from another computer reseller call our Sales Department on 0800 0 928 928 and we'll promptly refund the difference after verification.
