complete noob gps help needed....

hi
just got my first pda with gps. ( ipaq 2200 / tomtom 3 )
got tomtom installed ok but when i load it up it looks for a bluetooth device.

I have a syson gps cf plus receiver in the top of pda. I sthis the device its looking for ?

Does gps need bluetooth to work?

sorry about dumb questions.

Welcome to our forums.
Run the TomTom Wizard and select the cabled version of the receiver when it asks which one you have, then when finished go into GPS Status and change the settings on the GPS tab to the appropriate settings as recommended in the Syson manual.
