Constant Green Light On TomTom Bluetooth Receiver

Hi,

Is anyone else having the same problem as my Bluetooth reciever.
I bought an HP 220 ipaq with a TomTom bluetooth receiver in Jan this year . On the receiver it constantly shows a green light and doesn't do anything else.
When I turn it off and then back on , a blue light flashes once then the green light just stays on. I've drained the battery several time but still no luck.
I've tried to ring Total pda for a few days now but cant get through to them.
Has anyone got any advice?

Sounds like it's faulty. Get onto TomTom on 0845 161 0009 for a replacement or visit http://repair.tomtom.com .

I have exactly the same problem. I was using my receiver and when finished cased it up. Next time i switched it on the bluetooth light flashes and immediately goes out and the green light stays on. I only just purchased a replacement after trying draining and replacing the battery and even trying via the mains without the battery. If you have any joy from Tomtom let me know as mine was just over a year old and it is frustrating and annoying to think we spend this amount of money for what looks like it could be a fault in the system. See my posts on TomTom accuracy where i report the same error.
