What Speed Camera unit is compatible with AppleMac ??

It seemed like a good idea. Buy a new Speed Camera alert unit to replace the old GPX unit I have, especially as many of the newer units are less than £100 and have free updates. The old Garmin sat nav I have is too ancient to allow camera data to be installed on it and works fine for that final route to unknown destination. I do not want to have to use a sat nav every time I am out just to tell me of speed cameras.
Problem is....I use an AppleMac and do not have access to a pc. I do not want to load windows onto my Apple ! Apart from the Pogo Alert Plus I can't seem to find a camera unit that is compatible with the Apple OS ( and the Pogo is a bit pricey...all I want is a basic camera data base).
So, does anyone know of a camera unit that is friendly with Apple. I don't mind having to pay a sensible subscription but free would be nice !
