Default Help! Marcopolo nav system

Hi, can any one help me, I recently bought a yakumo system with marcopolo installed on it. BUT it is unreliable, if im working on the PDA when its out of the car and then go back to the marco polo program it has vanished!! try to reinstall it and it says its already installed, now i know its on the data card as i can see it, but it either wont open up or the icon disapears in the startup menus.
Also the display seems a bit juddery when using marco polo, for example the arrow at the top of the screen has a fit, changing in to a large pixel,
ALSO the sat nav seems to take the most ridiculus routes around the country, my job is driving and I cant have stupid sat navs sending me the wrong way.
ALSO it doesnt seem to be able to recognise postcodes it will understand SN1 being swindon but if I type a whole post code in it sends me of somewhere else in swindon, it seems to need sn1 1 then the street then the house number, which is no good in my line of work as i need to use full postcodes.
Can any one help? is it just a crappy system or can i get updates (tried the arcopolo website etc but not much help) can i load tom tom or any other better sat nav prog on to it?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Cheers

Welcome to our forums.
I've never used it but from what I've heard from other people is that it's not very good. Get TomTom as soon as you can.

Word of warning people DONT buy the Yakumo PDA and marco polo, it is, put quite, simply ****.
I have noticed another flaw, put in PO21 1 into the Navigator and guess where it takes you? Just out side LEEDS!!! over 250 miles away from the real PO21 1 address. this software is full of bugs and cliches take heed DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM !!!
