Help with navigating between countries

I recently purchased the 4 cd's for western Europe. However, it is impossible to navigate from the UK to another country, or visa verca, from Germany to UK.

Can anyone help please

You need to use the Major roads of Europe to accomplish cross border routes. They should have been included with your TomTom Navigator3 when you bought it.
