Default gps magnetic pad wanted

HI all, I have just got a new car and want to fit my Tom Tom GPS into it, but the magnetic pad which the gps goes on is stuck fast on to the old cars dashboard.

Does anybody know where I can I get a replacement?

thanks

It's not magnetic, it's just a piece of metal with a sticky pad on the back.
The TomTom receiver has the magnet inside it so any piece of metal will do.

Hi, I've just ordered the TomTom software with Holux 230 GPS from you. Does this also have a magnet inside?

Thanks

Thanks Charlie. Could you suggest the best way to mount the Holux 230 GPS in the car? Obviously it could just be stuck to the dashboard but I would like to be able to remove it from the car to charge it before remounting in the car when I wish to use it.

Thanks

It has rubber on the bottom so unless you drive like Colin McRae it'll sit nicely on most flatish dashboards without any problems. Otherwise some velcro will do the job.
