Question memory map not receiving gps signal on medion mdpna 100

Just purchased a Medion md pna100 working fine with it`s own navigation
software. I decided to invest in memory map software, it`s loaded fine on the
Medion but m/map will not pick up the gps signal what do I need to ????

Welcome to our forums.
You will probably need to configure the receiver in GPS settings. Have you done this already?

hi new here so ihave the same problem medion mdpna 100 loaded tomtom version 5 no gps frist time for every thing can you help cheers ken
