Satnav for old(ish) PDA I have an oldish H-P Jornada 540 that I would like to use for satellite navigation in various vehicles. The 540 does not have bluetooth so presumably some sort of cable connection is required? What do I need to buy to get this idea up and running?
Alternatively, I have a Sony-Ericsson P900 that *does* have Bluetooth (although the screen is not as large as the Jornada). Is there a kit of some sort that would enable me to use the phone for satellite navigation?
I have in mind the sort of set-up that gives turn-by-turn directions, preferably by voice as well as on screen.
Whatever I do must be easily and quickly moveable from one vehicle to another, and must not involve drilling holes etc.
Oh yes - I don't want to spend a fortune either (hence the idea of using the redundant Jornada). |
