Satnav for old(ish) PDA

I have an oldish H-P Jornada 540 that I would like to use for satellite navigation in various vehicles. The 540 does not have bluetooth so presumably some sort of cable connection is required? What do I need to buy to get this idea up and running?

Alternatively, I have a Sony-Ericsson P900 that *does* have Bluetooth (although the screen is not as large as the Jornada). Is there a kit of some sort that would enable me to use the phone for satellite navigation?

I have in mind the sort of set-up that gives turn-by-turn directions, preferably by voice as well as on screen.

Whatever I do must be easily and quickly moveable from one vehicle to another, and must not involve drilling holes etc.

Oh yes - I don't want to spend a fortune either (hence the idea of using the redundant Jornada).

I'd recommend getting Wayfinder for your P900, it'll do what you want and is very easy to move from car to car.
