AA Navigator or Something else with full Postcodes?

Does AA Navigator have full postcode search for all addresses in the UK? Royal Mail says there are 22 million addresses in the uk AA Navigator says it has 1.6 millon postcodes, obviously many addresses share the same postcode, some streets in towns or houses in a village all have the same postcode, would another sat nav with added 3rd party software be a better bet? Or is the new AA offering the dogs b**locks to coin a phrase from the oscars yesterday?

Welcome to our forums.
The AA system says it has full postcode navigation so I would expect it to be very accurate. TomTom uses a partial code search built in which can handle the first 4 digits of a postcode and I've found the very accurate when navigating to residential address's.
