Buying advice needed.

My Palm VX has just given up the ghost and I need to buy a new PDA and would like one compatible with SatNav of some type. Ideally I would like to stay with a PAlm as I have the software etc all set up on my PC and so can just sync it. Also familiar and comfortable with the Palm OS.
Does anyone have any advice on the best Palm and SatNav combination - please.
