Tom-Tom Wireless GPS

Hi

Please can you help, I have a Tungsten T3 Palm and I'm running Tom-Tom Navigator with Bluetooth connection.

The problem I'm having is that the Bluetooth unit is not receiving and satellite connection and also the Bluetooth is not connecting.
Is there a reset for the unit or is it faulty.

The model of the unit is - Tom-Tom Wireless GPS (9821x)

Please advise.

did you ever solve that problem as i have the same

Have you made sure you have paired the bluetooth first with your pda?
If you download something like gps info, pair the bluetooth with your pda, then check with gps info you are receiving satalites etc.
