GPS software for Car PC

Hi, I recently built myself a Car PC and purchased a GPS receiver with MapPoint GPS software. I don't really like MapPoint and would much prefer something like TomTom which is very user friendly and has a better GUI.

Can anyone please recommend some software that will work with the PC and be as good as TomTom.
