Default Want to track GPS

I want the ability to track a GPS device from a central point. Need to be able to log on my PC and find the GPS device.

So I assume I need some sort of device that continually sends out a signal and some device that I can track the sinal amd software to show where it is.

Can anybdy point me in the right direction?

The only thing i can think of is if you were to use a RF GPS tracking device, this is what is used by companies to track vehicles etc, we dont currently sell GPS tracking devices however if you have a look on http://www.pimall.com/nais/tracking.html it may be of some help!
