 Various Questions
1)
I have installed TOMTOM3 for the first time and it asked me for the activation code. I looked again a couple of days later and it was still doing the same. I got the code from tomtom, but it now doesnt ask me for the code ??
I tried deleting everything from the SD card and re-installing but still the same. TomTom does seem to work, but I suspect not fully - eg - when u click on TOMTOM Navigator on the front screen, it just bleeps =- any advice
2)
I have bought seperatly a Polstar PBT-111 GPS receiver. In the tomtom GPS screen - it does not offer this as an option - any ideas which one and which port to use.
3)
The GPS receiver itself connects fine via bluetooth, but has only spotted a satellite once biefly on the window sill at home. It is currently on an open window sill at work on the top (8th) floor of a building but the red light stillflashes. I also tried it outside at lunch time. Again any ideas - have tried turning on and off etc. It is connected to the power if that makes any differece  |
