Problem with wired GPS

My tom tom 3 wired GPS receiver seems to have died. Just over 12 months old (surprise surprise!) and always had wires visible.

Does anyone know if these can be fixed or if I can get a replacement. Total PDA cannot help, unless I buy tom tom 5 which I cannot afford at moment.

You can take to electrcian and get him to check the wires and see if they could be re crimped
