Default Check Point 5 and TT5

Hi,
Can any body explain to a novice how I instal this programme on to Dell X30.
I have downloaded onto Pda, but it does not show POI on Tom Tom Screen.
Do i need to copy the file into the TT5 programme?
Also how do I download Voice files?
Many Thanks
Regards
