help with Holux236 and MDA/TT5

right I've got a T-mobile MDA (i-mate) with tomtom 5 installed. I've bought a Holux GPSslim236 to get connected to GPS but I can't get any GPS status using the tomtom5 setup or even the rubbish software you get with the 236 (gps viewer). So I don't know which deivce isn't working? I can pickup my 236 through the standard bluetooth search on my MDA but that's it..

Can any1 help please....
