Default Tomtom wired gps unit

Hi,

Im new to these forums so if I've posted in the wrong section please dont flame me

What I would like to know is will my tomtom wired gps receiver work with a i-mate, qtek etc... I've thinking of getting the qtek 9100 if orange wont upgrade to there version for me. At the moment I use tomtom with my ipaq 2210 so if i change to i mate etc etc etc.. with the plug fit or will i have to purchase an adapter.

cheers

Welcome to our forums.
At the moment I would say no as I don't think there is a suitable adapter cable to connect the receiver to the 9100.

Dam! What about other modals like the i-mate jam etc.. or is it the same prob? If so looks like i'll have to sell my tomtom wired receiver and ipaq 2210 as one and buy a bluetooth receiver.

Any perticular type that works well with the i-mate/qtek???

cheers

Any BT receiver should work.
