Default Dell X30 + Holux GR-230 + Tom Tom

Hi I have a Dell X30 with Holux GR-230 running Tom Tom 5, I have the PDA and blue tooth paired up but I cant get the tom tom running, I go into settings and cannot get the black and yellow thing to spin when it says it has paired up.
Has anyone got any info on how I can get my tom tom working

Have you installed the v5.1 update and what are you setting the GPS receiver up as in TomTom?

Tell him to get the v5.1 update from www.tomtom.com and the settings should be OTHER BLUEOOTH, 4800 baud and Bluetooth COM Port.

ok try :

1) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your PDA and the GPS is turned on.
2) On the PDA go through the bluetooth manager and setup the GPS device, and then add to your paired devices.

Follow the guide CLICK ME (TomTom Navigator + Bluetooth GPS Receiver)

Click on tomtom navigator
Tap on the screen and select Change Preferences (big spanner)
tap the black triangle until it says Preferences 4 of 6
Select Configure
This is the stupid part Select "other cable NMEA GPS" yeah thats right CABLED
GPS Baud Rate 4800 and select DONE
Select the correct bluetooth port, if you cannot see the number tap and hold and then you will see what number.

You will notice a small orange and black circle at the top right this will start to spin if you are connected to the GPS if it does not spin then soft reset the PDA and try again.
