cooked my TomTom go 300 HELP!

Default cooked my TomTom go 300 HELP!

While charging my go 300 the voltage was to high and blew something in the go 300, a burning smell came and now it doesnt swith on. Can it be a fuse that may of blown.

any help would be appricated

Personally I think the battery has probably been 'cooked'. Can you take the battery out and get someone to check it with a 'meter'?

strange how you posted in the tomtom section and the tomtom GPS section but not the GO section, please dont double post,. I would recommend that you contact TomTom on 0845 161 0009 to get the unit collected and inspected.
