Best pda + gps for 250

hello all nice place.

i never realy look in to PDA though i know a lil about them has i am in to pcs etc.

i dont need the gps for work or anything more of a toy and then i go out far from time to time etc.

so i want the lot ready to go for 250.

was looking at the ipaq rz1710 + viamichelin for 250 all in,would that be a good deal or can i get better for my money.

i went for tha pda/fone option

got a Free qtek 2020i on vodafone on cheap contract with data package (web is really fast on it via GPRS was shocked)
very fast and efficient pda more than handy
also bought a 2Gb SD 120x Card bout £90
And a all in one gradle with loud-loud speaker and gps antenna all built in bout £75
and had my mates TomTom Navigator 5 Software as he never uses it anymore £Free

just an idea
but with the sales on now may find a better bundled package
