pls help

i'm a first timer and need your help. i have a mio168 an jut installed tomtom nav 5 but i keeps shutting down by itself, ie. goes back to windows screen, with no error or warning. i've tried reset and reinstall but nothing ensures stability.
what am i doing wrong, or is there a fix.
am running 1 gig fast card, win mobile 2003se.
this only happens when i nav someware, works fine till bat flat in back yard(still)

Are you running the latest version? Tomtom have the 5.2 update on their website. Also make sure tomtom is the only program running.

yeh tis only version 5.0, you think this the problem? a mate has one and his works fine although i think he has earlier version of win mob-not sure.
will give it a go and see.
