Yakumo Delta 300 Pda With Gps

I have recently installed Medion Navigator 5 on to my Yakumo PDA. It isn't too bad but lacks quite a few POI's. Would anybody be able to inform where to obtain and how to install POI's? Also is it the norm on Navigator 5 to have the voice directions sound as though the directions are an audio edit of a main sentence?
