medion sat nav prob's

I have recently purchased a medion pna 250 t sat nav.According to medions web site i need version 5 maps.I do have a cd with version 4 maps of france,does anyone know a way to get this working onto my memory card.Please note ther is plenty of space on my card & all the usual ways of transfering have proved unsuccesful.thanks rob

I am having the same problem. I am trying to put maps of the USA on the memory card. when it has downloaded it doesn't come up on the sat nav.
Any one know how it is done.

Would really appreciate any ideas

i would think that the v5 soft will not read v4 maps this would be the reason that they do not show.

im afraid youll have to get the v5 map for the 250
