Would a SatNav satelite receiver act as a TV antenna in the car, as I have a Tevion 7" TV but can't get it work with the radio antenna or the built in telescopic antenna.?

TV works a treat in the house..

No, the GPS antenna is set up to receive a different spectrum of signals and as such is incompatable with TV signals.
