Default Dell Axim x51v - bluetooth gps

I have a Dell Axim x51v and a BT GPS unit, unfortunately the software I am using, GPS Speed Sentry and GPS Tuner do not receive any data.

I have made a new partnership and this show as being BT UART on Com5.

I do not have a baud rate for the device, using the GPS Tuner in Auto mode does not find the device.

Any suggestiosn or directs to prvious answers would be useful.

Regards

Dave aka TheJollyGreyFlyer

Sure
Settings - Connections - Bluetooth - (mode turn on) - Devices (new partnership)

Then went to Settings - System - GPS - Programs = COM7 then Hardware whatever your GPS is on (mine COM5 baud 4800)

Then whichever software package being used, went to set up and told it COM7.

Amazing it worked

I hope this helps
