please help me make this decision...
i don like the compactness of the ique, but the tomtom offers a 3d view however useful that is .....

I think you could get a more powerful Ipaq with TomTom for around the same price or less than the Ique.

im not bothered about which one is more powerful, just which one will give me the best GPS system....

You will find that if you have a good CPU and a decent size of memory will help your GPS system. The faster the CPU the more the PDA can do and the larger the memory the more amount of data you can hold,
