Unhappy T-mobile PDA Compact and Tomtom Navigator 5 - how do I pair the gps receiver!!??

I'd be so SO grateful if someone could help because I've spent literally hours (more than I'd care to admit!) trying to get this working, and doing research online, and waiting on hold for T-mobile.. and it still isn't working!

I've installed Tomtom Navigator 5 on my T-mobile MDA compact, and the software seems to work ok but it doesn't find the bluetooth GPS receiver I have (Holox). I've tried adding a new connection for it through the settings --> connections menu, but there doesn't appear to be any COM ports available on the PDA (i'm not even sure if it is meant to connect through a COM port..don't even know what one is), although the PDA does find the gps receiver when I search for new bluetooth devices..

What do I do? Anyone have any ideas?? the brick wall's getting thin and my head's getting sore.. please help!

thanks!
jari

I have exactly the same problem. I have got a TomTom MkII Bluetooth receiver and even though I can pair it with my Ipaq It says in TomTom 5 'No GPS signal' ven though I clicked on the Bluetooth Receiver in the TomTOm setup
