Lost turn-by-turn voice in CoPilot

Hi

Can anyone figure out what is going wrong with my CoPilot software? I have Pocket Speech installed on my HP2210 but I am not getting the turn-by-turn guidance. ALK can't figure out what the problem is. I've reinstalled the software and pocket speech but still I hear nothing.

They think it might be my pda. Can anyone help?
