Default no valid gps signal for toshiba e740

a Holux GR-271 receiver is set up for toshiba 740, with tomtom 5.0, however, there is no valid signal for 1 hr outside nice weather, there is any promble, how to fix it? thank in advance.

OK, what settings are you using in TomTom? You should be using other, then try the baud at 4800
Have you loaded and instaled the 5.21 update? (free from www.tomtom.com - fixes a lot of issues)
