Medion Micromaxx PPC150 Help

HELP ME.

Got a medion ppc150 in Jan last year. Worked fab until 4th December, when it would not charge or take power. Don't know if it's the fidly power input socket gone or what. Tried hard resets and power on charge for 24 hrs as suggested on the website.

Have also been trying to contact medion since 4th dec to get it sorted with NO reply at all from them. The web site contact keeps spitting me back to the wed form via reply email asking for more infor, but I fiilled in every box. Getting no where.

Even phoned and operator told me an engineer would be in touch. Ziltch.

Any ideas ?? Or are they hoping the warenty runs out in 2 weks before they contact me ?
