GPS with a Blackberry 8700....possible?

As the title asks..is it going to be possible for me to use my Blackberry 8700 as a navigator?

If so, what else do I need to get?

And I suppose how much will it cost?

Finally, is this a good route or would a standalone TomTomOne be a better option?

As far as I am aware, you have to use Blackberry's own GPS which is charged monthly (this may have changed, but pretty sure it used to be the case). It nearly always works out cheaper to have a standalone GPS, and TomTom is rated as one of the best.
