Default medion MD95025 v MEDION MDPPC 150 PDA

hi there have a chance of one of the other for same price new to the scene just wanted to know which would be best value for money and would suit my needs , i want to use it for satnav especially speed camera warning etc but also want to use the pda as an organiser /reminder, does anyone know if they both have a stylus for use with the apps ? cheers t.i.a for any re[plies

If you are going to use it for Sat. Nav. a faster processor is preferable, as some software, especially TomTom, is very power hungry, so of the two the MDPPC 150 would be better with it's 300MHz processor against the MD95025 which has a 266MHz one.

With the slower processor you would experience 'lag' on screen as the updating would be slower. As with all Sat. Navs. it's best not to have POI's showing on screen as this uses processor power and really slows things down..

if you dont have the poi showing on screen then do you still get audio prompts when approaching them its just the fixed point speed cameras that im bothered about really ?

Yes, you still get all the speed warnings and icons pop up on screen from the pre-set warning distance until you pass the camera.

You can also still enter a POI as a destination.
