TomTom ONE v3

I just bought a Tomtom one v.3 (US edition). I am trying to make a trip with multiple waypoints. Currently i can only get it to let me make one waypoint in a trip and i have to do it in a sort of round about way. How can i make itineraries with my device? It does not have any easy to find options for doing that on any of the screen menus.

If it's not possible with this version of software, is there a way to get a different version of the TomTom software (from another device that supports itineraries) and somehow install that over the existing software residing on the device so i can use the increased features?

Use Itinerary planning its on the 2nd page of the menu.
