Smile sat nav for lorry drivers???

I am in training for my class c(2) licence at the minute and this will lead to a class c+e(1) licence. I have seen a review for the pronav gps sat nav for lorry drivers for £199.99. Have any lorry drivers had any experience with this unit or any other unit designed for lorry drivers. Is it reliable or easy to use etc??? Any help will be greatly received and will help to take away a large amount of my worrying about getting stuck somewhere!!!

Thank you all!

When I was truck driving I used my Garmin Street Pilot which, together with many Garmins, has the facility to set the type of vehicle. This affected the type of road the routes would use and meant that when you went off route it would suggest "round the block" solutions instead of U turns. I also subscribed to POI databases of low bridges which were very good. It was not possible to set a route to avoid the bridges but I set the satnav to warn me a mile before them so on the odd occasion there was a route with a low bridge I could just press the divert button on the satnav to work round it.

When my Garmin got stolen I used a Tomtom for a bit. This could not be set for vehicle type and often suggested unsuitable roads. Maybe all those headlines of trucks stuck in villages due to following satnavs relate to Tomtom users?
