Hp Rx4240 + igo8 Tmc

Can anybody help me, I have a hp rx4240 running igo8 software,I am having a problem with tmc not finding hardware, I am using a gns fm9 travelbox tmc device wich connects via the mini usb port, in the tmc search options it looks for gns devices either on com ports 3 or 5, how do i overcome this issue? your help would be appreciated.
