how can i use my tomtom in america

Hi all
I am off to Florida next week and i was looking to hire a car but you can only get sat-nav if you hire from the airport hire places i have book my car in International drive so i don,t have one can anyone help me ?Can i use my tomtom from here in Florida and how do i do it thanks

Getting around Orlando is easy too Everywhere is well signposted, you dont need sat nav there

I can´t say with accuracy, because i m living in england so i can only say that i m using this with the help of plug in device. so you can also use with plug in device.
