Via Michelin 960 New Edition Software

I need the software for my via michlin 960 new edition sat nav, i did have it on my old pc but when that was destroyed I got new laptop and need to install the software on it. I did have a CD but it has scratches etc and will not install properly, during installation a message come sup that a file is missing and I think its due to the scratches. I have contacted Via Michelin but they have stopped producing these discs so they tell me.

Was wondering if the software can be downloaded from somewhere? as I cannot find it.
