Backing up.

Is there no software included with it to do this? Is it the contacts or the whole phone you want to backup?

I've had a look around but couldn't find anything to do the whole phone. You should have gotten XTNDConnect PC with the phone or something similar that will allow you to sync your phones contacts with MS Outlook.
